Sometimes we can all do with a little extra help!

Maybe it’s because you feel that you are not pushing yourself hard enough working by yourself, maybe it’s accountability of having regular weekly sessions or you just need to have your sessions more interesting than the same day to day grind.

CYT Fitness Gym offer personal training sessions to members and non-members.

As a gym member we don’t feel that you NEED to have personal training, rather that you WANT to have personal training.

Sessions are tailored to YOU as an individual and based upon YOUR goals and what YOU need to achieve them.

What is included in your Personal Training?

If you decide that Personal Training is the way forward for you what we do is…

  • Start with a consultation so we can get to know you and your goals.

  • Your first training session is free, we do this so we can get to know you and your fitness levels and abilities while you get to experience the gym and how we work.

  • Your sessions will then be set up based upon you and what your goals are as an individual.

  • We will tailor your gym programme and personal training sessions so that they work together to help reach your goals.

  • Not a member of the gym? No problem as we can also set up home programmes for you to follow.

  • Nutritional advice is also included in your personal training sessions if needed.

  • Fitness tests and body stat monitoring may also be used to help you keep track of your progress.

  • Regular contact to make sure you are on track with your training and to check you are getting the most our of your sessions.

All participants are required to fill in medical forms and any issues can be discussed then, a doctor or specialist letter may be required.

We will get you booked in for your consultation and get you started on your fitness journey.
